About the Chef

From the sunny shores of Durban, South Africa, Chef Steve, the orchestrate behind No Fixed Address discovered his passion for food after quitting his office job as a lawyer in the concrete metropolis of London.  Perfecting his skills through his experience in France, Ireland, the US and Spain, he moved to Vancouver, BC, lured by the West Coast lifestyle and started NFA in 2009.  Chef Steve continues to experiment with ingredients and shares his love for food everyday, with his adventure seeking guests.
